Terms of Service

FindMeAJob is a subscription-based job matching service that monitors job listings, scores them against your professional profile, and delivers personalized job digests and application strategy to your email inbox. We operate at findmeajob.co.

To use FindMeAJob, you must be at least 16 years old, capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable laws. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@findmeajob.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts for others without their express consent, or use the service to collect job market data for commercial redistribution.

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge.
• Subscription fee: After the trial, the service is billed at $4.99 per month until cancelled.
• Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
• Refunds: If you cancel within the first 3-day trial window, you will not be charged. Outside of this window, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

FindMeAJob monitors public job listings from thousands of sources and uses automated matching algorithms and AI-generated analysis to score and rank jobs against your profile. Our service includes:

• Personalized job match digests delivered to your email inbox
• AI-generated application strategy, cover letter guidance, and interview preparation for each matched job
• Real-time company intelligence sourced via Perplexity AI
• ATS keyword mirroring recommendations to improve resume visibility

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.

FindMeAJob is an information and strategy service. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. All job listings, match scores, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may expire, be filled, or change without notice.

AI-generated coaching notes, cover letter suggestions, and interview preparation content reflect the analysis of automated systems and should not be relied upon as professional career counseling, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use the service to submit fraudulent job applications or impersonate others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs without written permission
• Attempt to bypass any security, rate-limiting, or access controls
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or burdens our infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content, features, algorithms, and design elements of the FindMeAJob service are owned by or licensed to FindMeAJob and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

By providing your resume summary, preferences, and other profile content, you grant FindMeAJob a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to deliver and improve the service.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using FindMeAJob, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FindMeAJob and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages resulting from reliance on job listings, match scores, or AI-generated content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMeAJob from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service before they take effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
